Cooking tips: cupcakes

I love cooking!!
I specially love making desserts: cupcakes, cookies, cheese cake, brownies…etc. Todays topic is about cupcake.

Personally I use cake mixture to make cupcakes.

Though I make a homemade frosting. ;p

You’re probably already familiar with the process.
For the betty Crocker chocolate cake mix you’ll need:

    1 1/4 cup of water
    1/2 a cup of oil
    3 egg yokes

that’s all written at the back of the box.

Here is the tip though…

Instead of water use milk or use 1 cup of milk and 1/4 of whip cream.

Now that you have the right ingredient:

Mix the eggs and milk first before adding the cake mixture.

Them follow the steps on the back of the box.


Why switch to milk instead of water?!
Because it will make the cake moist and testy.

Why the egg and milk first?!
It helps make it fluffy
