Review:

Revolutionary Girl Utena is a very complected movie. Its very fast base and all over the place you might not understand somethings and the ending won’t make any sense. I liked how complex the movie was, it made me want to learn more about Utena. I loved the action in the movie. Also the diversity of the plot and graphics. I loved how everything was animated… like everything. Also the directing for the movie was brilliant. Of course I appreciated the yuri there there as well. Then again I’m a sucker for complexities. Therefore I believe this movie will only be acceptable to a normal viewer if they watched the anime or read the manga before hand. Nonetheless watching the movie provoked me to watch the anime and read the manga. I mean once I finished this movie I sat there for an hour trying to understand how the created made the story so mushed like that. I mean you’ll only understand whats going on at the very end. Therefore I believe that its a very good movie and amazing directing.
