Review:
Hibike! Euphonium started with a really good opening to the anime. The scene where Raina is upset and crying about the fact they didn’t make it to the nationals. That moment had a huge impact on Kumiko. The anime is about a bond of between two high school girls and how they influenced each other to be better musicians. Well its more about how Raina influenced Kumiko. At the same time Raina cared what Kumiko thought. While Hibike! Euphonium‘s main character is Kumiko, the anime had lots of interesting side characters… Most notable are Asuka shes the vice president of the music club and Natsuki shes the coolest character in the anime. The music club goal is to go to nationals.
The anime had a really good story, character development and amazing animation. I seriously cant get over how good the anime is animated. Hibike! Euphonium Had an amazing voice acting cast example: Kumiko: Kurosawa Tomoyo, Raina: Anzai Chika, Asuka: Kotobuki Minako, Natsuki: Fujimura Konomi. There was some light drama and light comedy in the anime. It made me have all sorts of emotions. Most importantly the music it was pretty great. This is the kind of anime that I can watch over and over again (Note: I don’t like watching anime more than once). I highly recommend it. I do hope for another season. Since I hope to see the friendships develop more.
