But despite the benefits of this skill, it has one major drawback: Sousuke now struggles to maintain his sanity, with the power threatening to consume his body.

Soon, threats old and new begin to rear their heads, as the upper echelons of Sarugaku become active once again and an assassin with a personal vendetta sets her sights on Sousuke. Review:

Kagewani Shou is the second season of the anime Kagewani. Its a horror/Thriller type of anime. It has a unique art style which brings out the best of the thrilling aspect of the anime. Its a good horror if you are into creepy horror. The second season really added to the first and complete it the story. You will have a better understanding of what the creators were trying to accomplish. If I have to compare it to anything I would say its similar to Mushishi but creepier and shorter episode length wise.

I think the anime is worth checking out. Don’t be so dismissive of it just because of the animation. The anime does need that type of animation.
