Review:

Where do I begin with this one? God, First of I’m not big on British TV shows. After Misfits I stopped watching anything British then this show came along, a Hijabi holding a guitar. I had to watch and see what was that all about. Specially since I’ve been disappointed with how foreign Shows are portraying Islam. So I’ve watched it.

I have to see the show was quite funny, funnier than I’ve expected. I loved the story, it made me nostalgic about high school and when I first started playing the bass guitar. It was so much fun. Also I love how they did right about Islam and how different each character is and how that doesn’t give you the wrong idea about their religion. Its how they operate as individuals. I loved the music the story was solid. I can’t wait for season 2. I mean because they have to make a season two.

As far as characters go I really Liked them all genuinely, It’s been a while since I’ve liked every single character in a show. They are just really good people.

On top of all everyone I recommended the show to came back and told me how great it was. So you know they did somethings right.

Overall Rate: 8/10
