Review:

Basilisk is a truly fascinating anime. It took the meaning of revenge to a new level. The anime contains a lot of bloodshed which I liked. I loved how the story line built up. Also learning each ninja’s ability was interesting. The only problem with that anime was time. You don’t get to enjoy seeing the amount of strength or ability that each ninja is capable of. I believed that some characters died too early. None the less, that fact will make you make up their strength with your own imagination. Plus you would want to see them with different opponent. Aside from the fighting, that anime has one of the most romantic stories in the history “Romeo and Juliet style”. So even if your not into the whole ninja fights thingy. You will still enjoy the anime.
